The company, founded in 1910, began its activity focusing on the commerce of cheeses, oils and the likes.
In the year 1947 the company has been reconstituted and specialized in the seasoning and trading of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano.

At the end of 1997, the company moved to a new factory in Lallio (Bergamo), with a large maturing warehouse with a capacity of about 35,000 forms, using air conditioning devices among the most modern in Europe.
